PRICING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • All bookings require a credit card pre-authorisation. No charge will occur, this is just a holding deposit. Charges are to be made in person at the booking time.

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or fail to show up, a cancellation fee per person will be charged as specified.

    • Prices are based on the number of players and session duration. See our pricing table for details.

    • A minimum of 2 players is required for bookings from 7 PM onwards, with a minimum 1-hour session.

    • Group bookings for both Golfsims are available for 6 -16(max) guests for a minimum of 2 hours at $145 per hour.

    • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking will not be charged a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will result in the specified cancellation fee being charged per person.

    • No-shows will be charged the full amount with no refund or reschedule available.

    • Club hire is subject to availability. Please request in your Booking Notes and select the Special Requirement option when booking.

    • Club hire is $15- per set

    • Any damage to hired clubs or simulator equipment will result in a replacement or repair fee charged to the person who made the booking.

    • Players may bring their own clubs but must ensure they are clean before use.

    • Arrive at least 10 minutes before your session to allow for setup.

    • Sessions start and end at the booked time—late arrivals will not receive extra time.

    • Players must wear clean golf shoes or sneakers; no high heels, work boots, or spikes allowed.

    • Crown Links is a social and professional space—players must respect staff, other guests, and the equipment at all times.

    • Intoxication or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue with no refund.

    • Crown Links practices responsible service of alcohol in accordance with liquor licensing laws.

    • Any damage to the simulators or facilities caused by misuse will be charged to the person who made the booking.

    • Players under 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

    • Underage guests are not permitted in Crown Links after 9:30 PM.

    • No outside food or drinks are permitted.

    • Drinks and snacks can be ordered from Crown Hotel Traralgon and must remain in designated areas.

    • Crown Links and Crown Hotel Traralgon are not responsible for any injuries, lost personal items, or damage to personal equipment during gameplay.

    • Players use the facilities at their own risk.
