Deposit of $250- required to confirm a booking. Cancelation within 28 days will result in loss of deposit.
Final guest numbers required minimum 5 days prior to the function.
18th birthday parties are not permitted.
No under 18 guests permitted unless prior arrangement with management.
No underage permitted to partake in alcohol at any-time.
Crown Hotel is an active member of the local liquor accord. Any persons listed is not permitted onto our premises.
Any live entertainment must be arranged prior with management.
No food or drink can be brought into the function. A celebration cake is permitted only.
15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
The function organiser will be responsible for any damages or loss caused by their guests, during or immediately after the event. The damage costs rests solely with the function organiser.
Decorations: confetti, scatters and the like are not permitted. Sticky tapes must not be used. A charge of $175- applies for any extra cleaning required.
Crown Hotel practices responsible service of alcohol and abides by Liquor licensing laws. Guests will be required to leave premises if requested.
Final cost to be settled at conclusion unless prior arrangement with management.
